150 gr. di farina 0
½ bustina di lievito per torte salate
3 uova
120 gr. di latte
50 gr-. di olio di semi
80 gr. di gruyere grattugiato
200 gr. di caprino
3 cucchiai di parmigiano
1 cucchiaio di erbe tritate ( salvia, basilico, menta)
sale e pepe
Saltare le zucchine con aglio e olio e lasciarle raffreddare. Mescolare insieme farina, lievito, uova e lavorare bene; aggiungere il latte, l’olio, salare e pepare.
A parte mescolare insieme tutti i formaggi ed unirli al resto del composto; alla fine aggiungere le zucchine e le erbe tritate.
Imburrare uno stampo da plumcake e versare l’impasto. Infornare a 180° per 45 minuti.
